Tocanita de legume si soia

Ingrediente

  • soia cuburi                                    1 punga
  • ciuperci                                          1 conserva mica
  • praz                                                   1 buc
  • telina                                                1 buc mijlocie
  • morcov                                            2 buc
  • ardei gras                                       2 buc
  • pasta de tomate                           2 linguri
  • ulei                                                    5 linguri
  • dafin                                                  1 foaie
  • vegeta, sare                                   dupa gust
  • patrunjel verde                           1 legatura
  • cimbru                                            dupa gust

Preparare

Se fierb cuburile de soia in apa clocotita cu vegeta timp de 15 minute. Se scurg de apa, se curata si se taie cubulete morcovii,telina, ardeii si ciupercile, iar partea alba de la praz felioare si se calesc in ulei, toate. Din cand in cand adaugi apa fierbinte pana se inmoaie legumele . Se adauga soia fiarta, vegeta, pasta de rosii, foaia de dafin, cimbru. Se potriveste de sare.  Se mai lasa sa dea cateva clocote. Apoi se stinge focul si se presara  verdeata tocata.
