Supa de spanac

Ingrediente

  • spanac                                    100 g
  • ceapa                                         15  g
  • unt                                                 5 g
  • frunze de patrunjel
  • sare
  • bulion de carne

Preparare

Spanacul se curata, se spala bine    in mai multe ape si se taie fasii. Se inabusa cu unt sau margarina, impreuna cu ceapa curatata si taiata marunt. Se adauga putina apa si se fierbe inabusit pana se inmoaie spanacul. Apoi se adauga 100 mi bulion de carne, iar dupa gust frunze de patrunjel spalate si tocate marunt. La servire se adauga smantina.
