SUPA- CREMA ITALIANA

INGREDIENTE

  • cartofi                             400 g
  • praz                                  200 g
  • rosii                                 200 g
  • morcovi                         200 g
  • sare                                dupa gust

PREPARARE

Se curata, se spala si se taie in bucati potrivite cartofii, prazul, rosiile si morcovii. Se pun l a fiert  in 1,5  l apa rece. Dupa ce s-au patruns bine se dau prin strecuratoare (in afara de morcovi). Se serveste rece cu crutoane de m orcovi.
