Supa de fasole verde

Ingrediente

  • fasole verde                        200 g
  • ceapa                                      1 buc
  • cartofi                                    2 buc
  • conopida                               1 buc (mica)
  • morcov                                  1 buc
  • spanac                                   200 g
  • ulei                                           150 g
  • faina                                            30 g
  • frunze patrunjel
  • apa                                              3 l
  • sare                                         dupa gust

Preparare

Se curata zarzavatul si se taie in cuburi mici. Conopida se desface in buchetele, iar spanacul se curata, se spala si se taie fideluta. Se pune totul in 3 l de apa clocotita. Se adauga sare si se fierb 30 minute. Se desface o lingura de faina in apa, se toarna peste legume  impreuna cu uleiul si se lasa sa dea cateva clocote. Se presara patrunjel verde tocat marunt.
