Bors de ciuperci cu peste

Ingrediente

  • zeama in care a fiert peste              2 l
  • ciuperci                                                 400 g
  • ulei                                                          200 g
  • ceapa                                                      3 buc
  • morcov                                                  1 buc
  • patrunjel                                               1 buc
  • marar                                                     1 legatura
  • orez                                                         2 linguri
  • bors                                                         1 l
  • sare                                                          dupa gust
  • peste                                                        500 g

Preparare

Ciupercile se curata, se taie felii subtiri, ceapa se taie marunt, morcovul si patrunjelul se dau pe razatoare si toate se inabusesc in ulei. Se adauga orezul si zeama in care a fiert pestele.  Se lasa sa fiarba pana se inmoaie orezul. Atunci se adauga pestele curatat, spalat si taiat bucati. Cand e aproape fiert se adauga borsul si se potriveste de sare. Cand se serveste se presara verdeata tocata.
