Supa de fasole boabe

Ingrediente

  • fasole uscata                                   400 g
  • morcovi                                             2 buc
  • radacina de patrunjel                   2 buc
  • telina                                                    1 buc
  • sare                                                      dupa gust
  • foi dafin                                              3 buc
  • bicarbonat de sodiu                      1 varf de cutit

Preparare

Se alege fasolea, se spala bine. Se pune in apa rece cu o zi inainte de a fi preparata. Se fierbe apoi in 3 ape, iar in apa a treia se pune varful de cutit de bicarbonat de sodiu. Se strecoara, se adauga apa fiarta, zarzavatul taiat marunt, sare. Cand este aproape fiarta se pun foile de dafin.
