Supa de conopida

Ingrediente

  • conopida                                    1 buc mare
  • ceapa                                            1 buc
  • telina                                             1/2 buc  mica
  • morcov                                         2 buc
  • rosii                                                3 buc
  • ulei                                                 3 linguri
  • verdeata                                       1 legatura
  • sare, piper                                    dupa gust
  • corcoduse   fierte                     1 ceasca

Preparare

Se curata legumele si se spala. Se toaca ceapa marunt, se dau pe razatoare morcovii si telina si se inabusa in ulei pana se inmoaie. Se adauga  rosiile taiate cubulete si conopida desfacuta in buchetele (dupa ce a stat in apa cu sare 1/2 0ra), se pun 2 l apa in vas si se fierbe la foc potrivit pana ce conopida este patrunsa. Se potriveste de sare si piper, se adauaga corcodusele fierte   (fara samburi) si se presara verdeata.
