Supa andaluza
Ingrediente
- ulei de masline                          1 pahar
- paine                                              150 g
- usturoi                                          4 catei
- rosii                                               400 g
- ceapa                                             3 buc
- castraveti                                    4 buc
- ardei gras                    8 buc
- otet                          2 linguri
- apa                          2 l
- sare, piper                                   dupa gust
Pentru garnitura
- rosii                                                3 buc
- crutoane de paine                    30 buc
- castraveciori                              6 buc
Preparare
Rosiile, cepele, castravetii si ardeii se dau prin masina de tocat carne. Intr-un vas se pune painea maruntita si usturoiul pisat. Se adauga piureul de legume. Se pune sare, piper. Se amesteca totul pana se obtine o pasta si apoi se adauga otetul , uleiul si apa. Se serveste impreuna cu crutoane, felii de rosii si castraveti. Se poate servi rece.
