Mancare de prune uscate
Ingrediente
- prune uscate                         500 g
- zahar                                        200 g
- faina                                            50 g
- apa                                            250 m l
- ulei                                            100 m l
Preparare
Se spala prunele bine. Se pune ulei in cratita, se adauga faina si se amesteca pana capata culoarea maronie (se maroneste). Se toarna apa, se adauga prunele  si se fierbe timp de 10 minute.
