Mancare de ciuperci

Ingrediente

  • ciuperci proaspete ori conservate                    1 kg
  • ceapa                                                            3 buc, mari
  • rosii    sau                                                      4 buc
  • pasta de tomate                                              3 linguri
  • ulei                                                                3 linguri
  • faina                                                              1 lingura
  • marar                                                             1 legatura
  • sare                                                               dupa gust

Preparare

Se curata ciupercile, se spala si se taie in bucati potrivit de  mari. Se inabuse. Ceapa se taie fasii si se prajeste usor in ulei. Se pun apoi ciupercile. Cand a scazut apa se adauga faina, rosiile fara coaja sau pasta de tomate. Mancarea se lasa sa fiarba acoperita pana scade. Se adauga verdeata taiata marunt. Se serveste fierbinte.
