SUFLEU DE CRENVURSTI

INGREDIENTE

  • crenvursti                                300 g
  • piper                                                 1 g
  • faina                                            100 g
  • oua                                                6 buc
  • unt                                                125 g
  • lapte                                            300 g
  • sare                                                 25 g

PREPARARE

Se curata crenvurstii de coaja si se taie in feliute. Se prepara un sos   alb compus din:    unt (100 ) , faina si lapte. Se amesteca sosul alb cu galbenusurile, sarea, piperul, feliile de crenvursti si la sfarsit cu albusurile

batute spuma. Se toarna compozitia intr-o  tava tapetata cu unt si faina si se da la cuptor 30 minute.
