Prajitura cu branza

  • ulei                                      1 pahar
  • zahar                                   1 pahar
  • praf de copt                      1 plic
  • amoniac                             1/2lingurita
  • faina                                    cat este necesar
  • arome                                  dupa gust

Preparare

Se freaca ouale cu zaharul,  se adauga putin cate putin uleiul, praful de copt stins in otet, branza si aromele, faina cate putin pana ajunge de consistenta unui chec (sa curga) si la sfarsit amoniacul stins in otet. Se pune in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina si se da la cuptor la foc potrivit.
