Utilizari

Consumat sub forma de suc – in afectiuni ale aparatului digestiv (calmant al colicilor si inflamatiilor intestinale. Sucul de castravete este diuretic-depurativ, diureza fiind insotita de dizolvarea acidului uric. Combinat cu suc de ridiche neagra, suc de morcov si sfecla rosie  are actiune litotropica, adica de maruntire a pietrelor renale.                                                                                                                               Extern – ca antiinflamator in diverse iritatii ale pielii, in prurit si pecingine.

Extern -aplicatii de castravete, atat in dermatoze, cat si in riduri.

Salata de castraveti orientala

ingrediente

  • conopida taiata in bucati mici                     1/2 buc
  • tulpina de telina taiata fideluta                   1/2 tulpina

  • castravete taiat pe lung in 2 , apoi ras     1 buc

  • smantina                                          2 linguri
  • sare                                                    dupa gust
  • zeama de lamaie                           dupa gust

Castravetele se rade chiar inainte de masa si se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente. Se presara salata cu nuci taiate.

Mancare de castraveti cu banane

ingrediente

  • branza de vaci                                                         3 linguri

  • ulei                                                                               1 lingura
  • banana zdrobita                                                      1/3 buc

Castraveti umpluti

  • castravete                                                              1 buc
  • rosie                                                                         1 buc
  • smantina                                                                200 g
  • branza de vaci                                                     100 g
  • ceapa rasa                                                             1 lingurita
  • sare, boia                                                              dupa gust

Preparare

Se bat bine branza de vaci si smantina pana devin o crema, rosiile se taie in cubulete si se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente. Castravetii se taie in felii de 2 cm, se scoate miezul cu o lingura , se umplu cu pasta obtinuta. Sau se taie castravetii in doua pe lung si se umplu ambele jumatati.
