TOCANA TARANEASCA
INGREDIENTE
- Carne de vita                          600 g
- morcovi                                   150 g
- jambon                              100 g
- faina                                             40 g
- vin rosu                                    300 ml
- gulii                                            100 g
- arpagic                                     200 g
- cartofi                                      200 g
- sare si piper                           dupa gust
PREPARARE
Bucatile de carne (felii) se prajesc in uleiul incins impreuna cu slanina si jambonul. Se presara faina, dupa care se stinge cu vin rosu si zeama de carne. Se lasa la foc mic 2,5 – 3 ore. Spre sfarsit se adauga morcovul, arpagicul si guliile oparite si calite in grasime, precum si cartofii (rondele). Se pune sare si piper si se lasa sa fiarba inabusit inca 30 minute.
