MADLENE
INGREDIENTE
- unt batut spuma            60 g
- zahar fin                           130 g
- coaja de la o lamaie
- galbenusuri                           3
- faina                                   130 g
- apa de flori                              1 lingura
- albusuri spuma                       3
PREPARARE
Se amesteca bine toate componentele, se adauga albusurile batute spuma si se omogenizeaza. Se pune aluatul in forme, bine unse, de madlene si se coc la foc potrivit cca 10 minute.
